Flavour and Odour : Fragrant, strong flavour with mild chilli note.
Granulation : Through a USS# 40 Screen 95 %

Scoville heat unit : 400 max
Surface colour(Agtron) : 200-205
Silicon dioxide : 2.0% max

Standard Plate Count : 1,500,000/g max

PACKAGING AND STORAGE
The product shall be packaged in polyethylene bags lined with double paper bags, which will be labelled with product name, color level ASTA, name and address of the purchaser, number of mixture on the top right of the bag, and the kosher symbol.
Storage shall be under normal warehouse conditions off the floor and away from outer walls.
